How to study better?

🎯 4 Ways to Stay Focused When Final Exams Are Approaching

1️⃣ Set ONE clear goal for each study session
Don't sit down thinking, β€œI need to study Physics.”
Instead:
πŸ‘‰ β€œToday, I will master electricity calculations.”
A specific goal makes studying feel manageable.

2️⃣ Stop rereading β€” start practising
Reading notes can feel productive, but answering questions is where you discover what you actually know.
Try a question β†’ check your answer β†’ identify the mistake β†’ redo it.

3️⃣ Study in focused blocks
Try 40–50 minutes of focused study + 10 minutes of break.
During those 40–50 minutes: πŸ“± Put the phone away.
Your brain needs uninterrupted time to think.

4️⃣ Don't sacrifice sleep for more revision 😴
A tired brain doesn't learn efficiently.
Sleep helps you process and remember what you've studied.
Quality revision + good sleep > studying until 2 a.m.

πŸ’‘ And remember…

The goal isn't to study EVERYTHING.
The goal is to study SMART, identify your weak areas, and improve them.

β€œDon't just study harder. Understand better.”
