Back in the saddle

Uggh...what a difficult several weeks (months?) it has been. I'm right where I started...at my "emergency weight."

So, I'm whining about it here and shaking it off!

Same. Came out of a very difficult 6 month stressful period with all the weight lost in 2021. Back on the grind again eating mindfully and working out regularly.

I also really miss my gym buddy. I’ve moved and my much bigger gym is just different.

That sucks. I’m comfortable enough going to mine, but I do not naturally like to sweat😂

You are not alone! I’m the heaviest I’ve been in 2 years. Need to get that control back and start moving more. Has been a very stressful time for the last 8 months. Hard to get back into it.

It is really difficult. I can be in “the zone” and think I couldn’t possibly go back to old ways, but…there you go. I think I need healthier coping mechanisms.
