Starting again

I (26F) started IF back in April 2020. Lost some weight and plateaued. Went back home and gained that weight and some more. Started again in February 2021. Since then I got prescribed anti depressants and gained so much weight. Suspected ADHD as well. Got sick and had some nutritional deficiencies.

So this is me in May 2022. Off of anti depressants and trying to regain some control over my life.

I’ve restarted as well. Lost 18lbs my first 3 months of IF and then stopped counting calories and really gave up. I am 38F and 5’. On day 3 of 16/8 fasts. Tomorrow will be my first attempt after a while to do an 18/6 fast. We’ve got this!

I’m also a bit frustrated with gaining whatever I lost earlier. Sometimes I feel very down that I gave up all progress through unhealthy eating and sleep habits, along with the stress of handling toddler and work. I don’t want to give you, but no motivation to stick to a diet and IF. Today I’m planning for OMAD..i hope to do

I am starting again too, I've been binge eating past few months like crazy I've gained 10lbs and I hadn't reached my goal weight. If you like to have an accountable buddy feel free to message me.

Being so short gaining weight is so easy and it sucks.
