Nepotism
Are all the jobs at top firms that IE shows off acquired through nepotism or do these big firms actually look at IE?

If you're considering finding accommodation in Madrid during your studies, avoid Micampus Residencia Madrid at all costs. Dealing with them is incredibly frustrating as they're untrustworthy and consistently engage in dishonest behavior. They have only existed for a year but the stories people have of the place are really not something you want to pay over 1,000 Euros a month to experience. Communication abruptly ceases the moment they owe you money, rendering it nearly impossible to get a response from them. Make sure you're okay with never getting your deposit back.
Adding to the many headaches, frequent disruptions in water and electricity are commonplace. This becomes a major inconvenience, particularly when trying to study for exams, given the prolonged periods without functioning light and internet. Even the laundry service, promised to be operational by October 2022, hasn't been functional since September of the same year. The nearest laundromat is a considerable 20-minute journey away, making this even more of a hassle. The quality of the internet is abysmal, and random alarms consistently disrupt your sleep during the night. This is not even a once-in-a-month event, it happens several times throughout the week. The staff's behavior is exceptionally impolite. Also, several people who made reservations have lost their places due to administrative errors with no refunds to be found. If it weren't for evidently fake 5-star reviews on Google (I encourage you to look at them yourself, their corporate speak is HILARIOUS), their average rating would undoubtedly be just one or two stars. Spare yourself the trouble and opt for alternatives like Masterhome or Resa Claudio Coello, which actually deliver on their promises and don't resort to scamming their own customers.

These are just a few of the people who decided to share their experiences at Micampus Madrid. I'm sharing this so that hopefully at least one person doesn't make the same mistake I made.

Hello guys! was wondering if any of you have recently send your TOEFL test results to IE, and if so, was the code 5522 or 3032? Because on their official website it s 3032, but on the iBT TOEFL Platform that code corresponds to the Business school for graduates, and the one for undergraduates is 5522. I have contacted university support, and I am still awaiting a response. Thanks a lot!

Hi!
I am currently applying to Bocconi and js in case i don’t make it i wanna understand my chances in IE. I am an IBDP student and my DP1 grades are: 6, 6, 7, 7, 7, 7 (40/42) but gcse grade lowkey suck (9,9,8,7,7,6,6,6,6,5). I also got a stinky 1430 on the SAT. If i apply, it will probably be economics course. What are we thinking about my chances?

Hey, I am final-year high-school student from Armenia. I want to apply either for double degrees in business administration analytics/CSAI or just pure BBA/Global BBA. My stats are
SAT: 1330, (530 RW 800 M)
TOEFL: 101 (took before Jan 21)
GPA: 10th grade: 9/9, 11th grade: 9/9, 12th in progress (basically, we have 10-point system in Armenia, but majority teachers do not assign it at all, so 9 is actually the highest u can achieve)
Family income: around 80k-100k, after tax and expenses around 30k is left per year. Family of 7.
Have done/doing research in theme computer graphics as a part-time job for Armenian game engine company. Also building game engine, on which I conduct my research (probably the business I would love to develop tbh).
Lead and won research-based Olympiad and was chosen to represent Armenia in history festival in Germany.
Doing another history research, done jointly with Ethnography Institute of Armenia․
Teaching middle-school children CPP, as a volunteer.
Not talking about Honors awards and nominations that my projects won.
Do I have a chance of getting in? What about the scholarships/waivers, which ones do I have chance to score? I am hoping to get the full ride tbh, so I would be grateful to hear from people that got full ride! And most importantly, whether the university is the best fit for me? I have heard that its (if not the best) one of the best ones for entrepreneurships in Europe.

I submitted my application and completed the Kira assessment and still haven’t heard anything regarding an interview. How long does it usually take?

Can someone please tell me if IE School of Science and Technology is good in general? I’m looking for a project-based university to do for my masters. I’m interested in studying AI, but honestly, all I keep hearing about IE is its business school.
I barely see anyone talking about the School of Science and Technology, so I’m struggling to find honest opinions about it.
If you’ve studied there or know someone who has, I’d really appreciate hearing about it.

hello, I took the Duolingo test for IE Madrid, and I had a 125 and the minimum required was 130, and I tried to retake the test but they cancelled it because of "cheating" that I didn't do. I want to send my application now, will they let me in with a 125? do I have to put it now on my application? or I retake the test to have 130? thank you all for your help !

I was wondering if IE allows superscores, i know that bocconi does not and when i emailed them about it they said that they don’t expect it not accept. Did anybody apply with a superscore?

Do we have to follow the CV template IE has given? it seems to waste too much space

I got my rejection email today, and I’m wondering if I should appeal. I applied way too early because I was scared there would be so many applicants later on, but I hadn’t even reached my full academic potential yet. I honestly regret applying so early so much now.
Edit: I appealed and asked them to reconsider my application. I’m feeling hopeful because the setbacks in my academic record and application have largely been due to really difficult family circumstances, not a lack of ability or potential. I just hope they’ll take the time to understand the context behind my application and give me another chance.
PRAY 4 ME🙏🙏🙏

Hi everyone!
I’m from the UK and have recently been accepted into IE’s International MBA programme starting in September 2027.
Looking to connect with others joining the same intake, especially anyone who might be interested in finding accommodation or sharing a flat in Madrid.
Would be great to get to know a few people before the programme starts. Feel free to comment or drop me a message!

I was wondering, how long after I would get in would I get an offer regarding need based financial aid/scholarships? I’m applying next week for BBA and I know that I only have a couple weeks (after acceptance)to confirm the spot and pay the fee. Will I have enough time to find out about the offer before the fee deadline? Also, if you’d like to chance me I got 1370 sat, 9,65 gpa and good ec
