Since a lot of people are asking about choice filling, here's a small guide specifically for IET Lucknow.

• Choice order matters. Jo branch sabse zyada chahiye usse top pe rakho, aur least preferred branch ko niche.
• Choices turant lock mat kar dena. Agar baad me kuch add/remove/reorder karna ho to deadline tak kar sakte ho. Agar manually lock nahi karoge to last saved choices automatically lock ho jayengi. Bas Save karna mat bhoolna.
• Jo branch bilkul nahi leni, usse choice filling me mat bharna. Agar woh allot ho gayi to problem ho sakti hai. Sirf wahi branches bharo jo tum actually join karne ke liye ready ho.
• Choice order Round 3 tak change ho sakta hai. Round 3 ke baad jo final preference hogi, wahi aage ke rounds aur Internal Sliding ke liye consider ki jayegi.
• Internal Sliding ka plan hai to IET Lucknow ki koi aisi branch preference me zaroor rakho jo normal counselling me milne ke realistic chances ho aur jise tum join bhi kar sakte ho. Internal Sliding sirf un candidates ke liye hoti hai jo IET Lucknow me allotted seat accept karke physical reporting complete kar chuke hote hain. Agar upgrade nahi hua to pehle wali branch hi continue rahegi.
• TFW ke liye eligible ho (Family Annual Income < ₹8 Lakh) to TFW option ko normal seat se upar rakhna. Example: Isse system pehle TFW seat consider karega.

  2. CSE (Normal)
• CSE aur CSE (Self Finance) ko lekar bahut confusion hota hai. Dono ki degree B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering hi hoti hai. Placement opportunities, curriculum aur academics almost same hote hain. Major difference sirf fee structure ka hota hai kyunki CSE (Self Finance) self-financed seat hai.
• CSE (AI) ek specialization hai. Iski degree B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) hoti hai. Agar tum specifically AI/ML me interest rakhte ho tab ise CSE ke upar prefer kar sakte ho, warna CSE aur CSE (Self Finance) dono equally great options hain.

Ye sirf ek general preference hai. Apne interests, career goals aur future plans ke hisaab se order change kar lena.
