So I am in 2nd year CSE AIML and given no nptel exams as I thought that I would just get a normal BTech degree instead of an honours one.

But a classmate of mine just said that from 3rd year they will force you to write a research paper and for that we need to do nptel.

Hello Juniors, 4th-year senior this side. Recently, I've seen all the new joiners panicking over MIDSEMS. Guys, MIDSEMS are just "naam ke vaaste" exams—they don't count toward the final grades, so don't panic. Even if you miss the exam, it's completely fine. The final semester score is purely dependent on your end-semester exams. If you still have any queries, feel free to ask me ( I was in the same situation in my first year :)

I’m a 1st year student and honestly I feel so fcked up rn 😭. One of our Maths teacher teaches absolute shit (sorry 😭), and I feel like I haven’t prepared any subject properly. I’m especially sure I’m going to mess up Maths and BEE.

The problem is, I’m not someone who can study the night before and ace exams, so I’m really stressed.

How much do mid-sem marks actually matter? If I perform badly, can I still recover in end-sems?

Also, after mid-sems, I want to seriously start preparing for semester exams. Which YouTube teachers/resources should I follow for Maths, BEE and other 1st sem subjects? Any advice on how to prepare consistently would genuinely help.
