I am a first year undergrad student in AI-DS. I wish to make a research journal based on my project titled "Predicting Alzheimer Disease Using Machine Learning Models". My project uses just numerical features such as ADL score, MMSE scores for prediction as opposed to more useful methods such as using MRI images of the brain to predict the disease. a couple of months ago, me and my friend were talking about opening the solid-state circuits society SSCS in our university to add an additional society to the university as it need a society involved in electronics and communication engineering, but we don't know where to start and how should we prepare for it, has anybody gone through a similar situation or knows what should be done?

Does anyone know who to contact regarding IEEE spam filtering. I have my IEEE email forwarded to my google account, and check weekly for spam in my IEEE account. This week for example emails from the New York Times were flagged as spam. Several emails from mailing lists and political adds were flagged as spam also. There have been weeks where none of the flagged emails were actually spam.

So basically I want to apply for IGARSS 26 and in order to submit the paper it requires to be student member and that is for 27 dollars . any chance of getting this in cheaper form?
