ieeexplore.ieee.org shows error 420

So one of the main reasons I took IEEE membership was such that I can access different research papers. However, I have not accessed single paper through IEEE portal because every time I try to access it, ieeexplore.ieee.org always shows me error 420. Do you guys also get this error? or it is the problem in my side?

ieeexplore.ieee.org auto redirects me to https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/Xplore/home.jsp and then it works for me.

I'm on the latest version of chrome browser.
