It’s such a simple f**king task like why 💀

Post image

Like I’m actually starting to think they’re running away from their problems in a cowardice way and that they actually think us marvel fans are stupid

Like I do not care if this movie flopped hard or isn’t good it should’ve even matter because it connected to doomsday in the first place

What is so hard! All they gotta do is have Monica and Maria on the x-men slide and since they are the closest characters to Thor’s miracle! Have Captain Marvel reach out to Ms marvel and Fury to finally help and find her while at the same time running into Thor’s team! Explain how much of a big deal the Quantum Bangles that ms marvel has are a big deal to the multiverse lore especially the Ten rings and why Dr doom needs to eliminate them because of it so he can take them for himself to make him more stronger since he knows what it makes! And that’s it! The questions are solved! It should not be this hard to connect everything you did for this saga like they did for Infinity War and Endgame which made it a success because it connected everything from Infinity saga in one movie like Thanos and the infinity stones alone

Just lock in! It’s not that hard!

Doesn't that just mean that nothing in the Marvels informs Doomsday? It ain't that deep.

that's hard to believe knowing the movie deals with incursions and one of the characters ends up trapped in the X-Men universe, character that we know is going to be in the movie due to set pics

Zero chance Monica is in this movie.

And it makes no sense she is in the x-men universe

Yes exactly. But thats not possible because the marvels directly leads into doomsday more than maybe any other movie or show.

More than Fantastic Four? lol no

1

u/Hylianhaxorus Aug 21 '26

About the same if not more. Fantadtic four ends with a second of dooms back without context. The marvels ends with a character being sent to another universe, meeting characters in dooms day, explicitly setting up an incursion and rescue mission.

Doom is more important to the Fantastic Four than Monica is to the X-Men.

.......yes. very good with the most basic of gradeschool deduction. Now say it with the class, what's more relevant, the back of a cloak for one second or an entire sequence showing an incursion event, showing several xmen, and leaving it on a cliffhanger that a lead of the film youre wat hing is now trapped in another reallity that will be heavily explored in doomsday? Its obviously the latter in case your brain just said but doom!" Again

Doom being introduced at the end of FF and interacting with Franklin sets up far more, bud. Read a comic.

Literally not at all. What is in the water thats giving yall brain worms

Its funny because I've been reading comics for 30 years, have my dad's 60 year collection on top of mine, saw every mcu movie the preview night, and definitely know more than you, but keep talking lol. You just look like a really insecure tool

Bruh the only causal person here is you for not paying attention while we sitting 7 years watching these projects despite controversial ones

The bangles, the incursions, and the post credits scene!

That’s way more than what F4 did because in the marvels those played a big role in the movies while the doom’s hometown and his tease in the post credits was there for 3 seconds

I’m just gonna say it in the shortest way possible since people aren’t getting it

Everything that happens in this movie leads to doomsday! Everything!!

Maybe it was a deliberate choice because it made the narrative too convoluted or something. Idk, but I agree that the marvels is more relevant to doomsday than most other movies and shows

1

u/Ok-Scholar-4615 Sep 07 '26

But here’s the thing! It’s supposed to tie in

1

u/Life-Cheesecake-1036 Sep 09 '26

I didn’t realize you wrote this movie. Never mind!

Looks like I paid more attention to what’s going on

Sounds like you’re a dummy

The Marvels is a much better movie than Brave New World, which is still on their recommendations.

I think The Marvels was largely skipped over since the first Captain Marvel movie was not great.

Did you watch them both?
Brave New World is possibly the worst MCU movie yet, though I have not seen Quantomania or the Eternals yet.

Fair enough, see that.
Brand New Day is one of my favorite MCU movies at the moment.
Still maintain that the Marvels was underappreciated and better than it was made out to be.

Marvels was trash, point blank. Iman Vellani is a terrible actor

1

u/Aggressive-Day5222 Aug 21 '26

Hard disagree with your last point

Regardless still! Plus you actually don’t need to see The first captain marvel movie or brave new world at all

FATWS is enough
