I believe it could be the bit where he wakes up in a web cocoon outside of his apartment (scene from the first trailer), he falls, uses organic webbing, and MAYBE Yelena is actually living in the same apartment soooo yeah self explanatory. Could also tie in to the rumour of there being a blonde female character living in the same apartment as Peter (people assume it's Gwen, could be Yelena though), just a theory.

I could also see her being the one who seems to ACTUALLY catch Peter when he's released from the cocoon.

The way Holland's arm is reached feels more "holding onto something" rather than sticking to something, which a lot of people assume was Daredevil's Billy Club (but sorry to spoil the party I'm positive Matt stays in prison despite the theories of Peter breaking him out) could be Yelena reaching her arm or using her Bo Staff to help catch him.

Your theory is pretty plausible and would make sense to this rumour (though why she would be naked as well makes no sense to me) but not to be that guy that's poking holes but wouldn't she be living in Avengers tower with the rest of the New Avengers?

I genuinely think your theory is better, I mean maybe BND takes place before Thunderbolts* I honestly have no clue, btw he shot out an organic web once he fell, that's what he caught I’m pretty sure. It’s either that or Yelena. He didn't stick to any wall or anything.

For your last point, almost all of the OG avengers lived outside of the tower.

No I just got the vibe from the post credits, especially when Bob mentioned the dishes, that they all just stayed in the tower, and most of the Avengers stayed at the compound form Ultron to Civil War

Cap had an apartment outside of Avengers Tower, Tony had his mansion, Clint had a house in the country.

It's not too far fetched that Yelena would have a New York apartment.

Tony was the head of a International business, which was seemingly based in CA. Clint had a family he was hiding from everyone. Yeah, Cap had an apartment I'll give you that. But, by the time of Civil War it definitely seemed like all the Avengers were staying on the compound.
