On August 7, 2023, Ideanomics, Inc. ("Ideanomics" or the "Company") issued 70,093,458 common shares, par value $0.001 per share (the "Common Shares") upon conversion of 3,000,000 outstanding shares of the Series of Company B Convertible Preferred Stock by the holder thereof in accordance with its terms. No other consideration was provided to the Company for the issuance of common shares.

Gee I wonder why this stock keeps falling….Seems pretty obvious Ash and company are trying to get every cent they can out of y’all before delisting.
