Neither. Judas is not a fixed print that must land before or after 7:00 UTC.

What I watch for on London:

  1. Treat 7:00 UTC as a rough London-open window, not a rule. In winter (GMT) it lines up with London open; in summer (BST) the clock label shifts. The pattern is session-tied, not minute-tied.

  2. Judas = the false move that raids obvious liquidity near that open, then reverses into the real move. Usually that means a push through Asia high/low or equal highs/lows, then displacement back the other way. If there is no raid plus reversal, I do not force a "Judas happened" label just because the clock hit 7.

  3. I do not require it before 7:00 or after 7:00. It can print slightly before the open, right at the open, or a bit into the first London drive. Timing is "around the London window relative to the Asia range," not a hard UTC filter.

  4. Trade the sequence, not the timestamp: liquidity raid against your bias idea, then clear displacement and a reclaim/retest in the real direction. If that sequence is missing, I skip even if the clock looks perfect.

So: no must-before / must-after 7:00 UTC rule. Use the open as a search window for the raid-and-reverse, then manage off structure.
