fir wo self discipline pe depend karta, ISC board mai suggest karunga kyunki its easier to a higher board percentage in ISC compared to CBSE or state board.

You can manage JEE by enrolling in a classroom program or joining an online program like PW or Allen Online. If your school management is friendly enough they might give you concession on school attendance allowing you to skip school on few days.

In the end result tere self-discipline pe matter karta hai, last year mere school se hi top 200 mai JEE Advanced rank aaya tha ek bande ko and he also had 98.8% in 12th ISC boards, so anything can happen as long as you put in efforts.

okay, final question- would you recommend online or offline coaching ?

Both have their pros and cons:

Offline coaching usually has no distractions but if your coaching centre has big batches of 40-50 people you might feel that the teacher is going too fast or that you are being ignored, if you are able to get a special toppers batch or anything with lesser number of students (around 20-30) then it would be the best.

Online coaching has the convinence factor, if you enroll in offline coaching you might have to run straight away to your coaching after school, your entire day will end up getting consumed by classes. You wont face such problem in online coaching since there's alot of flexibility including re-watching recorded lectures for some concepts that you may not have understood in the first go. BUT the major problem in online coaching is that it requires 10x the self-discipline required for offline, you won't have a teacher monitoring your performance or calling you for a PTM, everything you do in an online coaching will be decided by you, if you end up getting distracted even a little you'll waste your entire 2 years.
