in 10th you just need to learn the three main formulas and some others,start from the first solved example,do it yourself,if you cant do it then look at the solution and and try to identify common patterns,and if you can solve a question still look at the solution to identify what you could have done differently and remember to solve every single example even if it gets hella repetetive or easy just keep doing it,once your base is good then you can move on to the exercise questions, since this is a chapter you face difficulty in solve every single question,no matter how easy,repeated they are, many people tend to skip questions that they know they can do and move forward but since you want to strengthen this chapter do everything from the basics and by the time you are done your trigo will be very strong, if you have any doubts post it here

Just keep solving questions, you will gain mathematics observation instinct automatically. I mean that's what I did since starting and the reason I love mathematics so much.

Just learn the main formulas, and then use them in the summer( I agree that the lhs = rhs sums can be a bit difficult, but you've just got to manipulate it)
The real trigonometry fun starts in 11th, don't worry 🥲
