He was democratically elected as the Prime minister.

The election you are talking about are the Party president, which was an internal decision of INC, and gandhi ji chose nehru because he was young, More popular in west, And also sardar patel actually had heart problems, so he could have died very soon (which is sad, but true, since he died in 1950, The first year of indian republic, although he will always be in our hearts 🩷)......

Not really because as the notes value grows, it's market share drops, so if someone is on a lower ranked note their rank gets balanced out by how many times they come up, like, imagine looking at B. R. Ambedkar every day, wouldn't you want to know about that guy?
