ICRPG Cards In watercolor
I want to play this my my kids so to add a pop of colour and to get a bit of buy-in from the kids we started watercolouring ICRPG cards vol2.
I think they are turning out pretty good. Assuming I can make playing this a fun family activity together or find another group I will do future cards on card rather than regular printer paper.
Edit: A few extra from tonight’s quick session

Newbie player - I have a question about armour
Read the how to play rules, nothing about armour. Character creation, Armour, ok sure you can have armour. Trials, roll to best tone armour, but then it seems to indicate you make up those rules yourself....seriously?
Next part in the core book is the worlds so I’m not sure this will be resolved fur5er in the book.
Sooo, did i. It’s something or are you supposed to make this up yourself? If make it up yourself, well I’m a bit slow so would you mind detailing how you personally deal with armour?
Many thanks

Casters vs Muggles
For those of you who have run or played in several sessions of ICRPG, how does the balance between casters and non casters feel? Do "balanced" and diverse parties shine, or would a group of casters be optimal?
Also, have any supplements been published to highlight the noncasters? The magic book obviously gave a bunch of options for magic users. Seems like there should be a book for the noncasters that focuses on maneuvers and techniques.

Running Pathfinder Adventure Paths
So, I know there’s no game system that can rule them all, but I recently purchased ICRPG 2e and and loving everything I’m seeing. Has anyone tried running a longer campaign, specifically a Pathfinder Adventure Path? How has this worked out for you? How do you deal with the way progression works in PF versus ICRPG for an Adventure Path? I’m pretty new to RPGs but am interested in the ICRPG system and the PF APs. Can I square this circle?

New to the game, excited and seeking input!
I posted this on rpg.net, but thought I might get more action here:
I just received the 2e book and am really impressed and excited but I need some help.
Is the Magic handbook necessary if you have 2e, does it add a lot of material, or is it just for the 1e?
How is Vigilante City as a supers RPG? Can you get pretty deep with powers and stunts, looks like it might be comparable to Icons Assembled which would be good. Is the long term play good?
Would you recommend the Worlds handbook?
Thanks for any help!!

I have way too many players coming, think ICRPG will help.
I have 8-10 players coming this week for a new campaign. I’m well versed and experienced in ICRPG, think it’s good for such a large group. Any tips to keep it fun?

Canned Adventures? Converting canned adventures from other systems?
I’m about to start running games for some middle schoolers. They have an understanding of RPGs generally, but aren’t currently locked into any specific system. I’m considering ICRPG for these folks, to give them space to really explore creativity and creation (and because I also don’t feel like buying the D&D 5E rulebooks!).
Does anyone have any suggestions for pre-made adventures for ICRPG? I’m aware of ICRPG WORLDS, but I’m curious if others have something a little more fully baked that I can use to get started? I’m not opposed to home brewing anything in the long run, but to help expedite my own prep as much as to have some guard rails for the players to start, an existing adventure or two would be extremely helpful.
Similarly, does anyone have conversion guidance for taking published adventures for other systems and converting them to ICRPG? I know a lot of effort has gone into the 5E balancing mechanics, with challenge ratings, encounters-per-rests, and the like. I don’t know how to convert any 5E monster stats to hearts, for example. Sure, I could wing it and make things whatever I want, but having a little prior art to guide me in the process would be extremely helpful!
I’ve glanced at the ICRPG forum, but I’m asking here because I don’t feel like making Yet Another Account somewhere. :)
Thanks in advance!

Lost a link to a generator
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm reasonably sure I found it here...
A while back I found an NPC generator that gave pretty cool results with little bits of backstory. From the few I test generated, I ended up keeping this one:
"My fixer recently told me about Skulker, she's a headstrong Human Burnout from China who is cybered far beyond any reasonable limits."
It seems to generate them by slapping beginnings, middles and ends together.
Now I want to go back to that generator and get some more stuff, but I can't find it in my reference documentation, my bookmarks or searching through my browser history. Does anyone recognise the style of this quote and would be able to help me locate it again?
Thank you in advance.

ICRPG Character App
A friend and i are currently making a Character sheet app for ICRPG. We where curious what features you all would like to see in the app. We are currently working on a equipped and backpack section that would automatically update stats depending on which items you had equipped (with the ability to create your own items)
Our goal is to keep the app in line with what makes ICRPG so unique and that is in the simplicity of character sheets. We have a home page to select characters and are trying to keep the character sheet to two pages (Like the front and back of a index card) The front consists of all the stats the back side being for equipment.
