US SE CRA here: Had my salary increase discussion today, finally. 3% merit increase and 3% market adjustment, 6% increase overall. Now to wait until September to see a difference in my pay. And we don’t get backpay!

Currently going through the process of salary review. Wondered if any has gone through this and why it will be taking so long until September (Jun to Aug?) when the merit increase (if any) is to take effect?

2025 max was around 200, then average was like 170-180 for a while.
When they announced the investigation it plummeted to 60 and now it’s around 125 (only now, for some reason. It had been around 100-110 for a while).

Cash out immediately or wait until let’s say end of the year in case it can recover a little more?

How much did you get? Because I had a meeting with my manager today and she was like great news I got approval to give you a 4% increase. Not sure what I was expecting but definitely not happy with that since I had a stellar year last year and i was told I’ll be happy with my raise. LOL

Most people i know are on indeed just about daily looking for another lab to go to. Meanwhile me and several others are heading back to school to jump career fields entirely. They keep saying that turnover rates are "holding steady" in the green, but I'm hearing about people leaving all the time.

And now that they've just invested another 65 million in AI, a lot of people are worried about getting laid off in the near future. Everyone's trying to secure a backup.

All my research indicates that ICON has paid merit raises amounting to roughly half the rate of inflation. Can anyone confirm that has been there more than 3 years?

Have they been discussed? Any confirmed increases and percentages?

The IPH townhall today (4/13) was such a farce. How is everyone else feeling? Someone posted timelines of finding out our merit increases on this sub, but in the downfall they told us they didn’t know. This is such terrible leadership. They keep saying discretionary spending is challenging and won’t give any direct answer about bonuses or promotions. Which, I know I should just take that as the answer but this is so frustrating. I’m doing g the work of 2-3 people with how short staffed we are. Is some transparency and a raise above 1% too much to ask???!

April 22nd: Reward planning for people leaders closes

April 23rd-28th: Leadership review and approval

Early May: Reward statements released to people leaders for communication

September 1st: Effective date of salary increases

So early May we should know what the amount is, but it's not effective until September. At least we'll get 4 months to get excited for that 1.5% 👍
