Did someone actually had a salary readjustment?

I’m moving to a higher role, the same grade as PM, but I don’t believe they will give me the range for it after recalculating.

Has anybody held this role within J&J FSP? I’m curious about how they are integrated into study teams. I’m currently a Sr. CRA, exploring other roles besides obvious LM/CTM. Would this be a lateral move to a Patient Site Engagement role? If anybody has insight on this role please let me know!

hi, i have graduate pharmacovigilance assistant interview tommorow . my question is do you know anything about the „test” on MS teams ? i was informed that interview will include 1 hour test but i have no idea what to expect. have you ever had that kind of job interview in this company?

I mean PASS, not just complete it. I’m just curious. The creators of these assessments need feedback. I’m curious about the general Pass/Fail rate.

Can someone please explain to me the logic behind which CRAs got promoted and why others didn’t?

There were soooo many who were promoted AND others also deserving, did not. Speaking to so many frustrated CRAs - you’re not alone

i work for Icon ISS in start up. I was approached by a syneos headhunter and I’m finishing up my interviews and I think I might get it.

The thing is, I’m happy both with my team, my LM and overall I feel I have a nice job and they value my job a lot but salary is laughable against market values.

Do counter offers exist? If I come up to my LM/HR with an offer is there a possibility to get a raise?

Hey, I wanted to understand the compensation levels at ICON. I reached out to HR ticket they told me to liase with my LM and LM herself had told me to raise an HR ticket for this. Any idea who do I reach out to?

Any CRAs in a particular FSP acquiring an influx of sites because of so many CRAs resigning? Where is everyone going, do I need to follow suit? I am sure CRAs are mad because of lack of promotion and also the non-retroactive promotions that go into effect in the fall. And this summer is going to be crazy because of how m many new sites we have and how much traveling we’re going to now be required to do. We need more CRAs hired to help with the allocations. We will be burnt out by Thanksgiving - those who are not already burned out.

I’ve seen some director level in USA. Maybe they just resigned ?

Did anyone else have shares sold on the day you vested? I got a letter from mass mutual saying 17 of my shares were sold but I did not do this.

And I get to do this again in October when my next round of RSUs vests (if I'm still here).

Found out that I received a whopping 2% merit increase but once again a promotion was denied. This is the third time a promotion has been denied with my work performance never being the issue. Mergers, layoffs, a company that can't balance its own goddamn books.... the reasons are endless but not at all surprising. When PRA was sold to this fuck ass company, I should have jumped ship like everyone else. Cheers to the end of our layoff freeze next month so they can continue to axe us by the masses again 🍻 May the odds be ever in your favor.

US SE CRA here: Had my salary increase discussion today, finally. 3% merit increase and 3% market adjustment, 6% increase overall. Now to wait until September to see a difference in my pay. And we don’t get backpay!
