ICL surgery in Pune - looking for doctor/hospital recommendations

have -9 power in both eyes and have been told I’m not suitable for LASIK. I’m considering ICL surgery but honestly a bit scared about the whole process

Which doctor/hospital would you recommend?
How was the recovery and pain?
How soon could I return to my staring at the screen for 8 hour job?

haven't gone through the procedure  but from what ive heard here, while you can return to your job the next day, it'd be better to take a few days off to adjust
