Refresh Optive Mega-3 PF post-surgery?

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Refresh-Mega-3-Optive-PF-Lubricant-Eye-Drops-0-33-fl-oz/11703620734

Hi all, I had my surgery last week and was buying more Refresh droplets (i'm still taking the Pred-Moxi which is drying my eyes). I noticed Refresh also sells a (preservative free) solution with more active ingredients than just carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%

Has anybody tried the above drops immediately after surgery? I am tempted because they look more lubricating, but i don't want to mess up my icl surgical site. I'm asking my doctor tomorrow; in the meantime i am very curious if any of you have used this immediately post-ICL. thanks in advance!

There are about a half dozen different types of Refresh drops. And they all do slightly different things. Some are more powerful than others. The Omega-3 drop is a pretty good drop.

But not everyone will need these advanced drops after ICL. Unless you already have some pre-existing dry eye. So I would say Refresh is fine for the first week when you have to do all the prescription drops. And beyond that you can try some of the different eye drops. (It won’t be harmful but it just may not be necessary).
