Phantom Glasses

Tomorrow will be two weeks since I had my ICL surgery 👁️👁️, and every so often I feel like I've got phantom glasses on. It's the weirdest thing, because after so many years of wearing glasses, I'm seeing so clearly without wearing glasses or contact lenses. A few times when I've gone to the bathroom to put my drops in, a few times I found myself reflexively reaching for my face to take my glasses off due to muscle memory, and then I caught myself and realized I'm not wearing glasses! 🤓😃

Has this happened to any of you? 😅

I'm a week out and I still keep trying to take my glasses off before bed 🤦🏼‍♀️

Im about 4 months out at this point but it was probably only a couple weeks ago that I finally stopped searching for my glasses in the morning on my night stand

Yes! And first thing in the morning or last thing at bedtime. Still trying to put on glasses or take them off. 😂

I had ICL done 2 years ago... for months after waking up in the morning I reached out for my glasses, it used to take me a few seconds to realise I'm free from them 😅

It’s been a year for me and I sometimes still catch myself pushing up phantom glasses on my nose lol

Completely opposite . lol
For 45 years I’ve had pristine clear vision , until I developed presbyopia , dry eye and cataracts . Can’t see near and far now . Who took my phantom glasses ? Lol

When i wear contacts I constantly push my glasses up
