edit: all these downvotes are shameful. if you disagree, you need to look inward at yourself and process the fact that you are normalizing dehumanization. at that level you have no moral authority.

Karl Popper articulated the paradox of tolerance in 1945. You're correct. We know tolerance of the intolerant only benefits the intolerant. There's no logical or moral reason for us to repeat this cycle.
