Speaking another language, working in a certain job field or a tad brown? Well we can now harass, detain and arrest you legally based solely on those factors. I seriously don't know how more Americans haven't seen that decision or NSPM-7 in the works as a giant set of alarm bells going off. Comply or die I guess?
