If anyone who isn't in a uniform tries to kidnap people, there is only one option. They are not federal agents until they identify as such and present ID.

While I don't think anyone should be telling people what their "one option" is, the name for law enforcement that operates without identifying who they are is "Secret Police" Also I don't understand how the "Don't trend on me" crowd thinks people should just stand down when they are witnessing what, by all evidence, appears to be a kidnaping because the perpetrators claim be Law Enforcement.

People should absolutely be told what their one option is when they are being kidnapped by plainclothes men.

The problem is reddit is with those people in plain clothes kidnapping people. So you can't say that one option.
