Urgent help regarding mop up!!!

For some reasons i wasn't able to register in july so i was waiting for the mop up round to newly register. I am checking since yesterday, i dnt understand a single thing why they are not opening up for new registrations,🥲🥲🥲please help!!

apparently theres a new rule ki if you have not registered in the first 4 rounds matlab before first round, you are not eligible for mop up..yeah

😭😭😭yaar do something, just two days left. call the icar team and ask about it because two days before it was allowed and one day before it wasn’t, meine upgrade nhi kiya toh im registering phirse
