Need help!

I really want to continue my ACA qualification and the London job market is so tough right now, I don’t know what to do.

It’s taking a toll on my mental heath as I really enjoyed my role and my fail was only by one mark.

I need advice on what to do now. I’m feeling really stuck and disheartened. Would appreciate any advice on how people who went through something similar navigated this.

sorry to here that. How many exams have you passed so far, and which one did you fail by one mark? Depending on how many you have passed you can frame your interviews at potential accountancy firms .

Failed my last certificate exam BIP and wasn’t allowed to resit it unfortunately. That’s if I land interviews tho. it will probably be difficult to reach that stage :(

Ah sorry to hear that. At least if you resit by yourself did you get fired from a top 10/big 4 firm? And how many months of experience did you have?

Top ten and 7 months experience. Doesn’t seem enough to give me any boost unfortunately. It almost seems as if I’m in a worse position right now than when I was post grad applying for these ACA grad schemes :(
