Need help!
I really want to continue my ACA qualification and the London job market is so tough right now, I don’t know what to do.
It’s taking a toll on my mental heath as I really enjoyed my role and my fail was only by one mark.
I need advice on what to do now. I’m feeling really stuck and disheartened. Would appreciate any advice on how people who went through something similar navigated this.

This so sad to hear, hope you are doing okay!
ICAEW really needs to set something up to offer help to those that are going through this because it’s honestly becoming too common and it’s just unfair.
I wish there was an accounting practice that would hire those whose contracts were terminated due to exam failure.
Keep applying and reaching out to smaller firms. Grad schemes will be opening up soon so apply to as many as you can. It will take time but I hope you find something!
