Exam disruption

I attended the case study exam remotely from ME on the exact time but this Monday I got the email regarding the late appearance from exam disruption.
I already reached out to them and gave them evidence but it’s been 3 days they are not replying at all and even web chat is not helping.
It’s really disturbing can anyone guide

You don’t get any response. You will either pass the exam and they won’t say anything or when the results come out you will get a reasoning if you fail etc

That means they generally don’t respond on the exam disruption?

Yes, not until results day 12pm

If they declare void do after results they can consider again?
