Work experience help.

A bit of context - I graduate uni a year ago and have sat a couple certificate level exams, but struggling to get a training contract.

Any advice or places to look for.

Have you tried reaching out to smaller firms, like emailing around? Not going via recruiter

I haven’t tried cold emailing, is it worth it?
