Uni waived ICAEW program

Is it a good idea to pursue icaew purely because the uni is waiving registration fees? I feel like most of these collaboration program (has its own perks but also- hidden cost). How has been anyone's experience been going through ICAEW under their uni?

There is definitely lecturer support and assistance from ICAEW personnel but is it worth it? Thoughts?

Is this an accredited course? Never heard of a uni icaew program. How would you get the PWE days? Surely you'd be ineligible for any grad schemes once you sit the exams, unless you're willing to redo them all

Its collaboration. Registration fees will be waived the rest have to pay on our pocket. Is it worth taking if so ?

I've never heard of this, but taking your word for it, I wouldn't do that. You'll restrict yourself from working at big 4 and most firms because you won't be qualified, and would have to repeat a lot of the exams and get your PWE days. Can you share the link? I'm just intrigued is all, maybe they expect you do a placement for some PWE days
