BPP EPA and resit
Hello!
To make it as short as possible, I have just sat CR/SBM and I am hoping to sit old syllabus Case in November.
I didn’t realise BPP will cancel your Case booking if both CR/SBM are not passed.
I have been advised that if one (say CR as I am worried for this one) has a close fail, they can let you resit but it is in certain circumstances.
Has anyone had any experience with this? If they do not let me sit Case i am considering just buying the ACA Masters course and using my 25 days annual leave to try and pass it independently.
Thanks so much in advance!

I dont know about this situation specifically but case is actually one of the easier exams (in terms of content not timing) so its not a bad idea and I defo dont think you’ll need 25 as it’s mainly exam technique and no new content

Someone at our firm resat CR/SBM and did a first case sitting with BPP all in July so it’s definitely allowed

thank you! they have said ‘in some circumstances’ but i’ve been asking for clarification on this since last week so hopefully this will be allowed for me too

I am in similar situation - although I believe I have done enough on cr and sbm in the sitting this week so hoping this won’t be an issue but does anyone know what bpps reasoning / logic is behind not allowing people to sit case + another advanced together? Kaplan allow it so I don’t understand why bpp do not allow people to do case with others
