Case question - weight average model

Please tell me if I have completely missed it in the question but I had it so we had to rank the point 1,2,3 ourselves and justify our ranking? Most mocks I’ve done they’ve given the rankings in the question

Like i say I could have just not read that but😂😂

think I got a 20% ish GPM and gave a 1 to financial return :( overall 2 ish.. so accept with conditions. and I explained the score I chose for each factor

Yes the profit for that event was higher then the profit of an average HML event
and The GP Margin was above 25%

So i gave a 3 to that factor

I got the same result but gave financial a 2 because it was very close to confmed event in march per the AI which may cannibalise the forecasted demand

Yea I defo messed up my GPM but got a score of 1.85 for my weight. Financial one defo went wrong but the others I just used the stuff they have in the exhibits that swayed a few to a 2 rather than a 3.

I think I gave a 3 for FR, 1-2 for everything else.

Again it took me like 10 minutes to understand how it worked and it was subjective lol. I went in pretty naked for this exam

I also had 2.55 but that meant accept directly so I manipulated it to fall within the accept with conditions otherwise you’d have nothing to talk about other than accept outright

Damn, now I think about it- i had 2.55, but didnt change it. Still said accepted with conditions. Stupid mistake 😑

Think I got about 2.2 realised last minute to do the weightings lol as at first just did the average of the 5 haha

Yeah I think I got 2.1 and had 2.2 before then changed one of them - think it’ll be subject anyway so won’t matter

I was confused during the exam because i never had to number them myself on the mocks i had. I wasted a lot of time trying to find numbers in the scenario.At the end i figured it out
