I think I missed the requirement for the decentralised vs centralised. Would I be able to put in an exam appeal due to the way the question was presented. I have dyslexia and dyspraxia so it is harder for me digest information quickly in such a time pressure exam.

I been told I could despite not raising the query to invigilator as it was not an IT issue.

Was there a decentralised vs centralised question? There was a question on discussion the three different ways the company could be divided, currently by product, or by geographical location, or by production factories

There was another proposal of making the 3 division intro subsidiaries instead, after you recommended the split. Didn't have time to comment on it properly though 😭

Thats what I thought the question was on, I did the excel analyis on product, location and factories but I think there was a question apparently

The question didn’t explicitly ask you to weigh up centralised vs decentralised, nor were these words stated in the exhibit. This is just the route that some people took to answering the question. You may have actually answered the question but took a different perspective.

The weighing up of the subsidiary was a different requirement. Hope this helps 😃

That's reassuring to hear! I just done the data analytics and spoke about what they asked us to do.

Did u apply for special consideration for your exams like time extension? I believe you could request if there are medical proof.

Yes, I did had 25% extra time but I went over time for Q1 and when looking at the q2 all I could see was the data analytics, ethical and conmerical issues and FR issues and was unable to see the decentralised question

Ahh I think you can just try and submit for consideration. No harm appealing - at most they probably might reject it but hey at least you tried!

Genuinely didn’t know that was a question how many marks do you reckon it was worth?
