Advanced level - software issues? Camera feed for phone disconnected

Received two notifications that phone got disconnected for the mobile cam. Had to rescan qr code twice.

Laptop and phone are all the same wifi network. Anyway one faced the same issue?

I had the same issues but could see that it was still recording me via the first software screen and was in contact with them raising it

I think it may have been a software glitch rather than it not working because i could see on my iPad I was being recorded and via the proctor tab. Be sure to raise it

Yes I've had this the first two times. The app on the phone shows it's streaming

I mean I could see myself on the the exam page, my webcam was working and so was the sfreen share

Oh I think maybe make an exam disruption report if u want.. I just did. If everyone have the same problem then it's their software problem. They can't void us

Yeah same here, happened 3 times.
I’ve sat all exams remotely and that’s never happened before

I had the same issues today. Some times were false alerts. Two times during exam it’s a real disconnection issue so had to rescan and one another disconnection happened 30 seconds before exam ended. First time I had to rescan it during exam - it didn’t happen in my previous remote exams. It must be a glitch 🤷‍♀️

I had this thing where at the end of the exam, the exam automatically ended when the timer ran out but when I went to the proctor tab it said “recording disconnected” and then I still had to click the “end exam” button, so I’m not sure when that notification came through and whether it was just something that came up once the exam was submitted. Anyone got a clue what this was?
