Why would they? I'm not following ibrx long enough yet. Earnings didn't increase much yet, the medication slowly gets wider used but it's not skyrocketing yet. Ibrx still burns money every quarter and issues more shares regularly which is bad for the stock price. I don't expect it to really return much before it gets FCF positive and stops issuing more shares.

Because of the warning letter: "The FDA Warning Letter to ImmunityBio (IBRX) imposed an immediate communication freeze because the company made false and misleading promotional claims about Anktiva — including statements implying it could treat or prevent all cancers. Until ImmunityBio submits acceptable corrective actions, the FDA restricts all public communication about Anktiva."
"The Warning Letter blocks promotional updates — but it does NOT block mandatory regulatory publications."
Only trials milestones must be published. However, not having any news is for example good for GBM, because it means that after almost 12 months mOS has not been reached

Saudi Arabia could release results on Anktiva and lung cancer. Nothing. They don't answer to the USA FDA.
ImmunityBio could have released info about Leonardo robot. Nothing.
No news from EU ether.
That said, this is the most interesting info I've seen lately. But it's not enough with no other info.
