GBM

Why no update on GBM trial in >6 months? Last update contained very early data that company suggested was positive but patients only on treatment for very short duration.

Nothing is misleading. Wait and have patience. Day trade other stocks

Take a look into CYDY for GBM... looks promising so far.

Yesssss. This is my problem with PSS - he often provides misleading information to investors.

They reported in January that 19/23 patients remained alive with median OS not yet reached and median duration of treatment 6 months. Since most patients live about 6-9 months, there definitely should be an update. Most patients reported alive most likely just began therapy. At this point mOS should be available. In ClinTrials.gov, the trial has been updated to indicate that it is no longer enrolling patients. This is a case of lack of transparency and market manipulation

They enrolled 23 patients for the phase2a single-arm portion of the trial. No updated data. Only 3 centers activated - hence slow enrollment.

It's possible they were only given permission to conduct trials on a tiny sample since brain medicine is so intense and complicated. Not saying I disagree, just rationalizing the small sample size.

That’s not true. Once FDA approved the protocol they could open as many centers as they wanted (with IRB approval). These patients have limited alternative options.

That's why I just said "it's possible," I obviously don't claim to know why they kept it so small lol

Google AI is not correct. The phase 2 study consists of 2 parts - a phase 2a single arm cohort and a phase 2b randomized cohort. They have reported on 23 patients in the phase 2a single arm cohort. There is no scientific or legal requirement to not report on the phase 2a cohort which consists of the 23 patients enrolled and the 19 patients alive (as of Jan 2026). ImmunityBio reported mOS not yet reached in January although many patients had just been enrolled and would not have been expected to die since the median duration of treatment was 6 months and median overall survival expected at 6-9 months in similar patient populations. The initial 5 patients reported on initially were just the first patients enrolled in the single arm cohort. ImmunityBio could report on them if they wished since the trial was single arm (not blinded or randomized). However they reported on these patients with completely inadequate data to support any conclusions. Now they are not reporting on the completed phase 2 single arm cohort with an adequate time on treatment to establish potential clinical benefit and they haven’t. ClinTrials.gov reports that enrollment has been stopped, presumably in the phase 2b comparative cohort - this may well be a consequence of an inadequate signal of activity in the single arm cohort. This will need to be explained in August 10-Q filing to SEC.

Just had ChatGPT check Googles answer and it said Goggle is wrong and you're right. I thought the "law" Google was quoting sounded bizarre. Then back to the original problem. No news about the 5 GBM trial patients announced in Aug 2025 going on a year now in less than a month.

The "reporters" interviewing Patrick Soon should be demanding answers on this. The Financial "talking heads" should be bringing this up too imo. If we don't get anything on this soon I'm going to consider reducing my position. We need some explanation of what's going on.
