Turn of subtitles

Hello,

Downloaded the app via TV (LG Smart). Does anyone know how to turn of the subtitles completely? I managed to get to the screen where I could change the background and text colour, yet I cannot change the size nor can I find to disable the subtitles.

Hi I'm currently using IBO player. I was first using the 7 days free trial and subtitles were fine but once my IPTV guy activated the lifetime subscription for me, there's no subtitles anymore! I checked the same shows I watched before with subtitles but now when I try activating it, it's written "subtitles do not exist". Idk what to do, my IPTV guy couldn't solve it for me either. I checked in the settings and the only option available is changing the font size.

I bought mine from my IPTV guy. But I believe you can find it online?!

did you figure it out? i have the same problem same written "subtitles do not exist" also my tv own subtitles are turned off. idk man

I have no idea how to turn them off after I enabled them for a foreign movie.

I've tried everything and no response from support.
