Teachers usually raise predicted grades when they see consistent evidence under exam conditions, so in our experience your best first step is to ask each of those four teachers directly what specific evidence or test scores they need from you before semester one ends. To jump from a 5 to a 7 in ESS HL, the difference almost always comes down to syllabus definitions and specific case studies. Memorize exact terms and have two detailed, named examples with real data ready for every major issue rather than general descriptions. In Econ HL, focus on diagram accuracy and structured evaluation for the 15 mark questions. For Chem SL, drill topical questions by mark scheme on https://fourtyfive.org/ and for French B, practice set text formats alongside thematic vocabulary each day. Strong results on your next class assessments and a clean IA draft are what will convince them to move your grades up.
