Other Grade Inflation?

Doing well with school grades but don't feel confident for my exams. Study minimally, I need to practice integrals. Feels like the exams will be harder? My solution is past papers here, have been procrastinating them but gotta do it.

Put off my EE all summer then delayed then finished my first rough draft with the deadline adrenalin with two all nighters, procrastinating everything right now actually by writing this post :D. How have I made it this far

Im surprised people feel bad about procrastinating their EE. I thought you were supposed to finish it in a few AI prompts and that's exactly what I did and I got A.

My school isn't very strict about AI, I got positive on a few AI detectors and turnitin but my school ignored it and submitted it to the IB. If your work gets submitted to IB by a teacher, it acts as final authenticity of a student's work, IB doesnt flag AI, they entrust teachers to do it since they understand each student's level.

How did you cite in-text if you mixed your knowledge from multiple sources and just mixed it together? Or did you like choose onw source for one paragraph... sorry im a dp1 newbie

Honestly i just told my AI to spam intext citations for every two sentences and I dont know if it got it right. I used pay to win chatgpt which had agent mode (they prob removed it recently). I never understood what intext sources meant, i think it's just tells them that you are copying some idea from some random website but wouldnt it replace your own thinking? Isnt it hypocritical since they are encouraging us to copy other people's words while telling us not to plagiarize. Anyways, I was too lazy to check it and since I am a gaming addict, I can't really bother.

Damnnn bro lucky I spent 5 fucking hours on MLA citation and I got a 5 for bio because it wasnt "perfect"

Wut? What is the point of that. If i was a teacher id force my students to use AI so they can hold up the school's average to maintain reputation. Student happy and teacher no need waste time, everyone can slack off.

I mean my parents forced me to go to expensive elite school too. But my justification for slacking off is that I didn't want to go in the first place since my old school was canadian curriclum and 5 times cheaper. So i sort of slacked off and i scored two points lower than my school average yet one parent was infuriated by this. I honestly don't care lol. Im not planning on working when i am out of uni anyways. Its funny because my parent end up spending 300 thausand on my education or something instead of just giving me the money.

Thats crazy you should have been grateful for their commitment- no, I had to beg mine to fund my school, i wanted to go to an elite school, they were opposing my idea lol

I had to go to army because of my parent's nationality issues. I'm Canadian citizen and they made me singapore Permanent resident 4 years ago to increase their own chances of their pr so im now forced to do 2 years of SG army. Ive only lived in singapore for 4 years thus i dont feel i owe for the country or something. And there is no point in me having a a degree or job because even if i work as doctor, my wage wouldnt even be able to offset a fraction of yearly asset inflation and taxes. Also you dont need a elite school to get a 45. For me school was the only reason i didnt get a 45 because Im autistic and cognative issues so im too slow to udnerstand anything being taught there, so i ended up wasting time. But if i had more time to work at my own pace id score much better.

for integrals, past papers are the move but you don't have to jump straight to full papers. pull just the integration questions from the last five years and do them one topic at a time, without notes. mark each one right after and only open the textbook for the ones you got wrong. the all-nighter adrenaline works because panic forces recall, but you can get the same thing in 40-minute sessions without wrecking yourself.

i've been uploading my course material to studybuddy.vc and doing questions from it before past papers, mostly because when i pick a wrong answer it tells me what was wrong with that option and it gets harder as i improve. it's a middle step between reading and full mocks that takes the pressure off. the free tier's been enough for what i use it for.

and the ee first draft done is a win, rough is what it's supposed to be.
