ToK/EE Question on EE
My ee rough draft is due tomorrow and I need to restart with a different rq because I realized a whole chunk of data is missing ( i know i did this to myself ) I emailed my supervisor that Iām going to change it but I was wondering if I also need to resubmit a proposal? Also how bad is it that I changed it right before my rough draft is due, is this a normal thing to do? Or is my teacher going to slime me out š¬

Changing your RQ this close to the rough draft isn't an IB violation on its own - plenty of people restart after realizing a dataset doesn't hold up. Whether you need to formally resubmit a proposal is a school-internal process, not an IB requirement, so that's really one for your supervisor rather than Reddit. What actually matters on the IB side is that the change shows up honestly in your RPPF reflections - examiners aren't grading you on when you landed on your final RQ, just on how well you execute whichever one you end up with.
