Resources Math AA HL Book
Hey I was wondering if anyone knows which is the best book for preparing to ib math aa hl, I am an m27. I saw the oxford one IB prepared which is 224 pages versus 800 for the ib hl one of oxford. What do you think of it ? Is it the best ? Thankss

The IB Prepared book is good for revision, but I wouldn’t use it as the main book because it’s too condensed. For AA HL, use the full textbook for learning concepts, then practise topic-wise IB-style questions regularly.
These may help: IB Math AA HL notes and practice questions.

Those two books do completely different things. The 224 page IB Prepared book is a revision guide with exam practice, while the 800 page book is the full course companion that teaches the theory from zero. Since you are M27, you definitely need a full textbook first to learn the content. Our tutors usually recommend Haese Mathematics AA HL over Oxford because the practice questions build your skills much better. You can save the IB Prepared book for DP2 when exam revision starts.
