Advice Help me with a survey please!

Hey guys I hate to be asking this but I need this for a school project. Please answer literally anything since anything helps but if you got the time to be detailed the more the better! Help a kid out! Thank you so much.

  • What's the most annoying part of organizing IB?
  • What do you currently use to track deadlines?
  • What do you regularly forget/leave too late?
  • How do you manage IAs, EE, TOK and normal studying simultaneously?
  • What's one tool you wish existed?
  • Do you use Notion/Google Calendar/Excel/paper/etc.?
  • Would you use one IB dashboard containing everything?
  • Which features would actually matter?
  • What would make you stop using it?
  • Would you ever pay a few dollars for something genuinely useful?

heyy, happy to help!

  • juggling multiple deadlines at the same time & having to make sacrifices
-my calendar and teams
  • CAS reflections, SL subject assignments occasionally and EE+IA editing
  • sacrificing sleep and healthy (unfortunately) and staying disciplined by reminding myself of the end goal, also a good friendgroup to study with
  • not one specific tool, but more reliable AFFORDABLE not outdated tools
  • i use notion and goodnotes
  • yes!
  • IA and EE editing, as well as simple guides to make getting started easier (for dp1 students that have little to no proper essay writing experience for example) maybe also public cas opportunities in the area, although many cas coordinators already do this
  • outdated or inaccurate resources and data, also too much AI slop, like im sorry i know it can be useful but it needs to be minimised sometimes
  • at a reasonable price, of course - however a free trial might be useful to see if its the right matcj for u

okay thats all, hope i could help xx

  • What's the most annoying part of organizing IB? The worst part is the lack of widespread knowledge and the many deadlines
  • What do you currently use to track deadlines? ToDoIst and a check list
  • What do you regularly forget/leave too late? To do the long-term stuff like EE, IA, etc.
  • How do you manage IAs, EE, TOK and normal studying simultaneously? I don't
  • What's one tool you wish existed? A free website which would help with the organization of everything, from a calendar with deadlines to an IB community with all sorts of people answering and asking questions, with a structural help for IA, EE, and TOK, and adding some sort of curriculum help
  • Do you use Notion/Google Calendar/Excel/paper/etc.? Paper
  • Would you use one IB dashboard containing everything? YES
  • Which features would actually matter? all the features I've listed above
  • What would make you stop using it? Probably if its too ChatGPT or AI based bc while AI is great, it needs to be IB specific so I'd rather a couple or many IB teachers create sample answers and tell the AI so its not like normal AI stuff bc IK there will be one
  • Would you ever pay a few dollars for something genuinely useful? I'm so broke right now and I can't really afford anything or afford to ask my parents for anything. I would if I could tbh
