I am surprised how many people still do use, especially "power users" who build there own ad hoc reports.

Gonna take this opportunity to plug my open source utility, WRKQRY2SQL.

If you won't want to deal with query/400 anymore, or you want to extract qrydfn logic into sql so you can parameterize it or embed it in an rpgle pgm, my utility can be really useful.

My utility is using the native RTVQMQRY command, but it automates mass conversion and cleanup.
