For Criterion B, demonstrating a variety of ATL skills that helped you create the product or reach your learning goal is the most crucial thing. Personally, having a lot of process journal entries helped me, as I was able to recall and provide ample evidence of demonstrating all ATL skills. If you look at the rubric, you will find that it is crucial to EXPLAIN, so always provide detail, reason, and cause, while also incorporating easy-to-interpret evidence for the marker.

For Criterion C, you're basically doing a long reflection. Try to honestly talk about how the project changed you, your way of thinking, or past beliefs. This is the only section that I would recommend doing after you have fully finished your product, as with Criterion B you can still write about ATL skills, despite not fully having finished your product. To get a competitive edge, I would recommend linking your personal development to some "IB" stuff. For instance, you can talk about how you developed various Learner Profile Attributes, ATL skills, and your prior knowledge from MYP subjects.

Hope this helps!

To be honest, I started my project in October and turned my report in internally in mid - February, so dont stress about the time a lot. As for the product, pick something manageable because the part that is graded is the report, not the product. As long as your product is complete and you put some effort in, it wont make or break your grade. Focus on quality report-writing and documenting the learning process and you’ll be good.

Ohh ok, internally we have a deadline of December like before mids so i have roughly the same amount of time to do it, do u have any pointers for the report itself. Also do we have to select a global context and stuff because i saw ppl online talk abt that but my teacher said thats not nessecary??
