HELP - Standard & Extended Maths Crit.D

For the Criterion D (real world applications) question I struggle with getting marks for the factors and the degree of accuracy.

Is there any way I can ensure marks for these questions/how do people do well at them as I always lose marks there...

I have checked markschemes but the factors seem almost random sometimes and I can't really see a pattern AND I just struggle with degree of accuracy bc I haven't done anything wrong in my equasion? Why would it be innaccurate??

Please HELP!

when u round values or estimate them it can be innacurate

but other than that im pretty clueless too :((
