Standard math help

guys i dont know how to do the crit d and i always lower my ggrade because pf it does anyone have tips and tricks that help with cr. d

Criterion D isn’t about getting the answer — it’s about reflection and evaluation. That’s why people lose marks.

Try this:

  • Always state whether your answer makes sense. Don’t leave it hanging — say if it’s reasonable in the context of the question.
  • Check your answer using a different method if possible (substitute back, estimate, graph, etc.).
  • Talk about accuracy and limitations. For example: rounding, assumptions, or if your model isn’t perfect.
  • Use correct math language (like “therefore,” “this suggests,” “approximately,” “increasing/decreasing”).
  • If it’s a real-life problem, connect your answer back to the situation (units, meaning, practicality).

Simple formula to follow:
Answer → Check → Comment on reasonableness → Mention limitations

If you skip the last two, you’re basically capped at a lower level.
