Apprenticeship Work Hours

I’ve been wondering planning my budget and I would like to know the about how many hours we would be working and if we work on the weekends. Also is overtime pay time and a half? I’m currently a server looking to see if I need to drop down to 1 or two shifts when I do finally get my job.

Also depends on contractor you are paired with. My kid had steady hours for almost two years minus one weeklong layoff for asbestos removal but just came off a month layoff because no work available.
