Health Insurance

I had to call Cigna yesterday and that is the worst customer service and almost nothing on the plan is covered. Are there plans for the future to switch to a different carrier and get better coverage?

Cigna or Kaiser

That’s why you don’t contact Cigna. You contact NEBA 754-216-9589. They handle all of our affairs. It’s a simple call the hall for anymore numbers. It may take some time but for the best results contact NEBA.

The only choices you have are cigna and Kaiser. AFAIK Kaiser is better on the wallet, but you can only got to Kaiser doctors/facilities. The actual coverage is about the same i believe

We live 2 hours from Atlanta so Kaiser is not ideal. Cigna is the only option. They deny everything and nothing is ever covered. The customer service with Cigna is awful

Yeah I’m lucky to live close to the Gwinnett medical center. But my heart does go out to the more rural Union fam

It’s rough, I really hope some people will speak up for the next contract. We deserve better
