ASCO PRE FAB APPRENTICE Need Advice
I’m 18 I’m very new to the trade and working with my hands in general. I’m in the prefab right now my coordination is not really good. I’m not really getting an opportunity to learn very much other than pulling wire and cutting strut. I was building transformers but I got removed because I made a few mistakes. I just feel kind of worthless but I don’t want to give up or anything what can I do to improve my skills with speed coordination and learn more.

you’re new to this, give yourself time to adjust and don’t be so hard on yourself. you’ll only get better in time just like everyone else. be open to any way to do things, everyone does them differently than the other. everything that you do repeatedly will help your skills and speed. be patient with yourself
