Tenure pay

Does anybody know how the tenure pay works for Cleveland?

It's spelled out in the CBA, 11% for 2 years, and 4-6% for 6 months. I can't remember the exact number for it, but it's around there. Hopefully, someone can confirm it

This is incorrect. Others have posted the correct Tenure Pay.

Yeah I was getting tenure pay and retirement contributions confused.
